Frequently Asked Questions

What Does Cynch Cost?

Cynch is currently in beta mode and free for both buyers and sellers. The plan is to always remain free for buyers. We will charge sellers for actual intent data based not on signals, but on intentional updates

Is There a Cap on Listings?

No! In fact, we encourage you to list as much as possible. Think of listings as an FYI of how you'll buy. Sellers are reaching out to know if you're in the market. Just list your status once on Cynch and send them all to us.

What Are Listings?

When buyers sign up they create listings from our taxonomy of products/services that they are (or not) interested in reviewing. Externally it helps sellers reaching out and internally to collaborate

Can Anyone Use Cynch?

Yes, we're designed to help anyone in need of blocking out sales emails for whatever reason (not ready, happy, not part of the evaluation, etc.). For sellers, Cynch provides a whole new way to engage prospects

Can I Control What's Shown?

Short answer, yes. You don't have to share a ton of details with sellers. You may not have/know it anyways. However, we do need to share some high-level info with them to become a source of truth.

Will My Vendors See Listings?

Any user signed up as a seller can see your listings, including current providers. If your vendor sees you're open to replacing them, that's a good thing. Some offer incentives or you avoid unnecessary "pitches"
